When should I expect delivery?
Most products leave the warehouse by the fifth to seventh business day after you order. Orders after 2pm Eastern Time are sent the next day. Your order may be delayed if we are experiencing unusually heavy order traffic, but we will do our best to get order on its way to you as soon as possible. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard Fedex Ground and Worldwide shipping times apply, and depending on your location, it takes from three to six business days within the US, and somewhat longer for international shipments.
What about overnight delivery?
Overnight and second and third day delivery is available for an additional charge. Keep in mind that it may take two or three days before your order can be processed and leave the warehouse. Please email us at sales@paintballbuster.com if you have questions about shipping options.
What if I need warranty service?
All of our products include the warranty from the manufacturer. These products are made with the strictest standards of quality control. If you receive a product that is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive. If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying Fedex. If you ever have any questions not answered by the manufacturer or by UPS, please contact us at sales@paintballbuster.com.
What if I want to return something?
Our products are name brand merchandise, and we understand that sometimes you may not be satisfied with a product you purchased from us. You can return any item for any reason within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be in saleable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. We must charge a 10% restocking fee because the manufacturer charges us this fee. We ask our customers to pay the return shipping charges. Please note that we do NOT resell returned merchandise on our web site. Please email us at sales@paintballbuster.com and we will send simple return instructions.
How safe is my credit card information?
Your credit card purchase is processed through our merchant processor in real time on secure eCommerce servers. The information is encrypted before it is sent to us to protect your privacy. Credit card information that you share with us is handled in strict confidence and used only for processing your transaction. Your credit card couldn't be safer!
How can you offer such low prices?
You get the benefit of our close working relationship with the wholesalers' of our merchandise. We process your orders electronically and ship those products directly to your door. We don't have the costly overhead charges of a "brick and mortar" retail storefront and we can pass the savings on to you!
What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on the shipping and handling costs charged to us by our wholesalers to deliver the product directly to you from their warehouses. All products are shipped by Fedex Ground, Air, or USPS Next Day Air. See the special webpage on shipping for more information.
